<\/strong>Quantification by immunoturbidimetry. ITIH4 from serum reacts with specific antibodies to form immunoaggregates. This causes an increase in turbidity in the reaction medium. The increase in turbidity is determined by photometric measurement and is proportional to ITIH4 concentration in the sample.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>The assay is calibrated with a bovine-specific calibrator, whose value is adjusted with an internal standard. There is not international reference material for bovine ITIH4. \u00a0<\/p>\n
